Privacy Statement

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase an item from our store, we collect personal information that you provide, such as your name, address, and email address, as part of the buying and selling process.

When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, which helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email Marketing (if applicable): With your consent, we may send you emails regarding our store, new products, and other updates.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How do you obtain my consent?

By providing your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery, or return a purchase, you imply consent for us to collect and use that information for the specified purpose.

If we request your personal information for a secondary purpose, such as marketing, we will either ask for your explicit consent or provide an option for you to decline.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with an online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage and databases, secured by firewalls.

Payment: If you select a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data securely, using encryption through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction information is retained only as long as necessary to complete your purchase, after which it is deleted.

All direct payment gateways comply with PCI-DSS standards, which ensure secure handling of credit card information by our store and service providers.

For further insights, you may review Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Statement.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Generally, third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to provide their services to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we provide them for purchase-related transactions. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies to understand how your personal information will be handled.

Keep in mind that some providers may be located in different jurisdictions than you or us. If you engage in a transaction with a third-party service provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) where that service provider is located.

For example, if you reside in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway in the United States, your personal information may be subject to disclosure under U.S. law, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed inappropriately.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we adhere to PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
